An independent digital marketing agency based in Patna, Bihar, working with founders, owner-operators, and marketing leads across India to build sustainable digital growth.
Anna Digi Tech is a boutique, full-service digital marketing agency. We work with a deliberately limited number of clients at any time so that the team that wins your business is the team that runs your account — with strategy, execution, and reporting tightly integrated rather than scattered across three departments.
Anna Digi Tech was founded with a clear purpose: to make professional digital marketing genuinely accessible to small and mid-sized businesses across Bihar and the rest of India — without the bloat, jargon, or opacity that has come to define a lot of the agency world.
We saw too many founders being sold reports without strategy, agencies that hide behind vanity metrics, and engagements where the “agency” was really one stretched-thin freelancer outsourcing the actual work. We wanted to build the opposite of that — a small, focused, transparent team that takes ownership of the work, communicates honestly, and treats every account as if our own business depended on it.
Our home is Patna, and we are proud to be part of Bihar's growing digital ecosystem. We work with local businesses across Boring Road, Frazer Road, Bailey Road and beyond, while also serving clients across India via remote engagement — because good strategy and disciplined execution travel anywhere.
Two simple statements that guide every engagement we take on.
To support Indian businesses with effective, data-driven digital marketing that helps them grow on their own terms. We aim to make professional digital marketing accessible, transparent, and genuinely useful — so clients always know what they're paying for and why it matters.
To become a trusted digital marketing partner for businesses in Eastern India and beyond — known for the quality of our thinking, the consistency of our execution, and the integrity of our reporting. We envision a future where every business in Bihar has access to thoughtful, ethical digital marketing expertise.
These six values shape how we make decisions, how we run campaigns, and how we communicate with the people we work with.
Digital marketing changes constantly. We invest time in continuous learning, testing new platforms and tactics on our own initiative, and bringing what we discover back into our client work.
We tell clients what we honestly believe will work — even when that means recommending less spend, a smaller scope, or no engagement at all. We don't sell what you don't need.
Our best engagements happen when client and agency operate as one team. We invest heavily in the kick-off and onboarding phase to make this real, not just a slogan.
The quality of the work matters. Every report, every ad, every email goes through a review process before it leaves our hands. Cutting corners is the fastest way to lose trust.
Strong opinions, weakly held. We back recommendations with data wherever possible — and update them when new data tells us we were wrong.
Every rupee of ad spend is your money. We treat client budgets with more care than we treat our own — with documented reasoning behind every spend decision.
Five principles that show up in everything we do — from the first discovery call through to monthly review meetings two years into a relationship.
It's tempting to jump straight into “let's run some ads” or “let's start posting on Instagram”. But without a clear understanding of who you're trying to reach, what you want them to do, and how you'll measure whether it's working, those tactics burn cash fast. We invest the first two weeks of every engagement in strategy — even when the client is impatient to see ads live.
Paid advertising, social platforms, and even SEO depend on platforms you don't control. Email lists, customer databases, content libraries, and your own website are assets you fully own. We balance short-term performance work on rented channels with long-term equity-building on owned ones.
Likes and impressions are easy to grow and hard to bank. Qualified leads, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and revenue are what actually matter. We help clients set up the right tracking from day one, even when the “real” numbers are smaller and less impressive than the vanity ones.
The agency world has spent two decades pretending you can choose either brand-building or performance marketing. In practice, both compound. Brand work makes performance ads cheaper. Performance work generates the data that sharpens brand work. We design campaigns that do both at once.
Google Ads accounts, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, your website, your email list, your CRM — all of these stay in your name, with you as the primary owner. We are added as a managed user with the access we need to do the job, and that access can be revoked any day. This is non-negotiable for us; it should be for any agency you work with.
We don't guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or results. Outcomes depend on your starting point, your offer, your competitors, the market, and many other factors outside our control. What we commit to is professional execution, transparent reporting, and continuous learning.
Every client relationship follows the same four phases — so expectations are clear, milestones are visible, and there are no surprises.
A 30–60 minute discovery call followed by a full audit of your website, ad accounts, social channels, and analytics. We identify what's working, what's broken, and where the biggest opportunities are.
A written 90-day roadmap with channel allocation, KPIs, content themes, budget recommendations, and named owners for each workstream. You approve the plan before any work begins.
Day-to-day implementation by our specialists, with weekly internal reviews and continuous A/B testing. We share updates regularly and flag changes in market conditions or platform policies as they happen.
A monthly written report covering all metrics, spend, learnings, and next steps — followed by a 45-minute review call. Quarterly we re-baseline strategy together based on what the data has shown us.

Bihar is changing fast. Internet penetration is climbing, smartphone-first buyers are now the default rather than the exception, and a generation of local entrepreneurs is building businesses that compete nationally. Patna is at the centre of that shift, with new offices, education hubs, and start-ups opening every quarter.
Operating from Patna rather than Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru means our overhead is meaningfully lower — which means we can deliver senior-level work at fees that don't price-out the small and mid-sized businesses we most want to serve. The savings flow to clients, not to expensive office leases.
We genuinely understand the Bihar consumer — how they search, what they trust, where they shop, what languages and code-switching patterns appear in their queries. For local businesses targeting the region, this regional fluency is hard to replicate from a Bengaluru desk.
Being based in Patna doesn't mean we only serve Patna. The majority of our retained engagements are with clients in other Indian cities — from Delhi NCR and Mumbai to Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, and tier-2 markets. The remote-first delivery model has been deliberate from day one.
• Founders and owner-operators who want strategic input, not just task execution.
• Businesses with a defined product or service and a clear sense of who their customer is.
• Teams open to honest feedback — including feedback they didn't expect.
• Engagements where there is space for testing, iteration, and learning over a few months.
• Companies who view marketing as an investment, not an emergency line item.
• Businesses looking for an agency to magic-up specific revenue numbers in week one.
• Anyone wanting to bury their head while we “handle marketing” with no involvement — we need a real partner on the client side.
• Highly regulated verticals we don't have the experience to navigate (e.g., crypto / gambling / certain medical sub-categories).
• Engagements requiring tactics that conflict with our values or platform policies.
