Welcome to Anna Digi Tech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at annadigitech.site and the digital marketing services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Anna Digi Tech provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Design & Development, and Email Marketing. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal for each client.

2. Service Agreements

All services are provided based on a written service agreement or proposal that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees. The service agreement, along with these Terms, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Anna Digi Tech.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.
  • Late payments may incur a late fee as specified in the service agreement.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees and are paid directly to advertising platforms or as agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and assets
  • Provide accurate and complete information about their business
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Communicate feedback and requirements clearly
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, digital marketing outcomes are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and client cooperation. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Any projections or estimates provided are based on our experience and analysis but are not guarantees.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content, designs, and materials created by Anna Digi Tech for clients become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
  • Anna Digi Tech retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  • All proprietary tools, methodologies, and frameworks used by Anna Digi Tech remain our intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
  • Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
  • Anna Digi Tech will provide a reasonable transition period to hand over accounts, assets, and data to the client or their new provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anna Digi Tech's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or performance of these third-party services. Clients are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platforms used in their campaigns.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
